The product is very good BUT
I did not receive it yet !! Even that you has  raised the price of this product in a very strange funny and un professional manner. I am very disappointed.
I am also very disappointed that you remove me from the level I have been as a loyal customer. Has I knew that in advance, I wouldn't order anything from your confusing site, which changing rules with out notice and take customer for granted.
I wish I could cancel my whole order.
