How do I return an item?
Return and Exchange policy
If you are dissatisfied with the product, please let us know! Most items can be returned for a refund within fourteen (14_ days of receipt of merchandise with an approved Return Authorization (RAN) number. Items must be unopened merchandise and in its original, unused, package condition.
Please allow at least two billing cycles from the date of return for us to issue a credit to your card. Credits are only issued for product that has been returned, unused and in the same condition as originally sold. We charge a 20% restocking fee.
The following items cannot be returned for a refund:
Open items, especially skincare and cosmetic items. There are no exchanges or refunds on any items that has been used or don't have its original packaging.
Gift Certificates, these are non-transferable and non-refundable once the order has been processed.
Shipping & Handling, tax, and gift wrapping cannot be reimbursed.
Any shipping cost you may incur when returning product(s) to us, will not be refunded.
How to Return an Item
Please contact our customer service to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) & Warehouse Address. Returns or Exchanges will not be accepted without a RAN number.
Once you have received your RAN number, please return your purchase in its original packaging within 14 days of the invoice date. Please place your RAN number on the outside of shipping box. You will receive a full refund (minus the shipping,gift wrap, postage and etc) to your credit card upon return of the merchandise.
How to Return a Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item
If items are confirmed damaged or wrong item shipped. Please note all defective item(s) are subject to inspection. To ensure proper processing, include the RAN number with your return. If defective, describe the defect and if you would like a replacement, please indicate exchange on the notes section. Upon inspection, if item(s) is deemed defective or wrong item(s) shipped, an exact replacement, if available, will be shipped to you free of charge. If your exact replacement is out of stock, we will process a refund back to the same form as the original order payment method.
Upon inspection, if item(s) is deemed defective or wrong item(s) shipped, your return cost will be credited back to the same form as the original order payment method. In order to receive credit for your return shipping cost, you must attach the RAN number.
Any issues other issues
If there are any discrepancies during shipment, please notify our Customer Services within 24-48 hours after delivery so we can file a claim at UPS. You must call our Customer Services 1-800-718-1388 or go to our Contact Us page.
