We accept Mastercard, Visa, and American Express. For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel or place on hold any order that does not match these criteria. All personal information and credit card information will be protected by secure server software.
For those US customers who wish to pay by cashier check or money order, their orders will be processed immediately once the funds have cleared the bank. Only cashier check or money order issued by banks in US will be accepted. The cashier check or money order should be made payable to cosmeticamerica.com.
All orders will be billed in US currency. Most of the items are shipped directly from our California fulfillment centers. Some items may be shipped from our fulfillment centers in other countries. To prevent any order processing delays, we will ship all in-stock items. You will only be charged for the items you receive. You will not be charged a separate shipping charge for multiple packages. Should an item on your order be out of stock, we will notify you either by email or by phone. We may offer you the option to substitute an out of stock item with another item and we'll be happy to ship the item free of shipping charges.
When your credit card is charged?
When an order is placed, we will attempt to obtain an authorization for the order amount. An authorization will check to see if the credit card is valid and may reserve the funds. It is not the same as 'charging' your card. The order amount is reserved for up to 30 days. We utilize Address Verification Service to verify billing your credit card billing information. If the bank needs more info, we will send you an email message, or if necessary contact you by telephone. Your card is charged when the package is shipped.
All transactions are secured for privacy. Cosmeticamerica.com will not sell, rent or disseminate your personal information to other parties.
Shipping address different from billing address
CosmeticAmerica.com allows you to ship to an address other than your billing address. However, we do require that you provide us with the billing address that match's your card institution's records. We recommend that you contact your card institution to update them with your approved secondary ship-to addresses. Please note that orders may be placed on hold if we are unable to confirm the billing information with your credit card bank. If you are using an international credit card, we may require that you provide us with a signed authorization and proper identification to ship your products.
Email signed Authorization containing the following items:
1. Copy of the front and back of credit card.
2. Copy of a picture ID
3. A statement reading "I authorize CosmeticAmerica.com to ship my order to the following (shipping) address, followed by the billing address.
4. A handwritten signature and email to: firstname.lastname@example.org
All orders will require 24 - 48 business hours for processing time. Orders shipped with Express services must be submitted by Noon Pacific Time Monday thru Friday to be processed the same day. Please note that shipments may be delayed if there is any problem with the verification of your order.
No Shipments on Sundays & Holidays.
All orders will be shipped via UPS/USPS standard from our fulfillment centers. Free shipping limits to standard ground shipping in USA 48 states.

Shipping to APO/FPO and U.S. Territories
We ship to APO/FPO U.S. Military addresses and U.S. Territories. We ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail to APO/FPO U.S. Military addresses and U.S. Territories. We are not able to ship Express service to APO/FPO U.S. Military addresses. Due to world events impacting the United States and other countries, shipments to certain military addresses may be delayed for up to 8 weeks.
We can ship to more than 30 international destinations via worldwide. Our preferred carriers are UPS or United States Postal Service (USPS). Once the package reaches your country it will be processed and handled by the foreign Customs for appropriate clearance. Your package will be delivered by the partnering local Post Office or UPS.
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping charges do not include taxes or duties. We recommend that you contact your local customs office to request the details of these charges. If you decide to refuse any shipments from CosmeticAmerica.com, you are responsible for the original shipping costs to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to CosmeticAmerica.com. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. CosmeticAmerica.com has made every effort to minimize the shipping costs and does not profit from these rates. We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value. If you have any shipping and handling questions or comments please contact us.
Dangerous Goods: Perfumery products are classified as dangerous goods. Due to international postal regulations, we are unable to ship these products by Standard Airmail. If you order contains perfumery products, please select International Express shipping method.

Sign up with MyUS.com and receive your own U.S. street address to receive merchandise. MyUS.com provides specialized international package forwarding services from your new U.S. address to your international address.
Note:Use MyUS.com's Personal Shopper service to make a purchase from CosmeticAmerica.com. MyUS.com accepts cards with international billing addresses as well as those issued by non-U.S. financial institutions. They also accept wire transfers and will make the purchase on your behalf.
Follow these two steps for international delivery:
Please allow at least two billing cycles from the date of return for us to issue a credit to your card. Credits are only issued for product that has been returned, unused and in the same condition as originally sold. We charge a 20% restocking fee.

How to Return an Item
Please contact our customer service to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) & Warehouse Address. Returns or Exchanges will not be accepted without a RAN number.
How to Return a Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item
If items are confirmed damaged or wrong item shipped. Please note all defective item(s) are subject to inspection. To ensure proper processing, include the RAN number with your return. If defective, describe the defect and if you would like a replacement, please indicate exchange on the notes section. Upon inspection, if item(s) is deemed defective or wrong item(s) shipped, an exact replacement, if available, will be shipped to you free of charge. If your exact replacement is out of stock, we will process a refund back to the same form as the original order payment method.
Upon inspection, if item(s) is deemed defective or wrong item(s) shipped, your return cost will be credited back to the same form as the original order payment method. In order to receive credit for your return shipping cost, you must attach the RAN number.
Any issues other issues
If there are any discrepancies during shipment, please notify our Customer Services within 24-48 hours after delivery so we can file a claim at UPS. You must call our Customer Services 1-800-718-1388 or go to our Contact Us page.
We need the following information to complete a return. (If information is not complete, we are unable to process your return)
