Shiseido Perfect Cleansing Oil is a lightweight, water-soluble cleanser that removes stubborn waterproof makeup, sunscreen, and impurities. Utilizing Gentle Quick-Removing Technology, it rinses clean without greasy residue, leaving skin soft and hydrated. It contains grape seed oil to improve skin texture and can be used on wet or dry skin.

To use: Pump 2–3 times into dry or wet palms and massage onto a dry or damp face to dissolve makeup and impurities. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm or cold water.

Key ingredients include Mineral Oil, Gape Seed Oil (antioxidant), PEG-8 Glyceryl Isostearate (emulsifier), and Cetyl Ethylhexanoate, with a light fragrance.
