I prefer herbal ingredients, so I bought this pain relief cream. I rub it gently on my elbow and the pain is relieved. This cream is effective and not greasy. Highly recommend. Some tips for using the cream: apply cream on your "warm" hands and rub it "gently" on the affected area in circular motion.
