These eye compresses from Borghese are amongst my favorite beauty/skin care products. The skin around the eyes is extremely sensitive and this is the first area to reflect signs of aging and fatigue. I frequently awaken in the morning with puffy, dry eyes and this is the best remedy ever - THE BEST!!

Even if you are in a rush to get to work, on the days you want to feel & look especially good, just set your alarm five minutes earlier, put a pad over each eye and relax while listening to the morning news, (although these days it is hard to relax and hear about the world in turmoil)...better to play some music instead. ;>

Also, after a hard day at the office, particularly when you want to go out in the evening, apply the compresses and relax for a few minutes. The results in your eyes' appearance and the way they feel are truly remarkable.

Anti-inflammatory natural extracts of Tea Seed, Goldenseal and Witch Hazel really do minimize the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Euphrasia, a botanical skin clarifier, refreshes and revitalizes the entire eye area. And Acqua di Vita, "Living Water," Complex - soothes skin and restores its moisture balance. This product is safe for the most sensitive skin - I am allergic to many skin care products and am fine with the Borghese Botanico pads.

Just make sure your eye make-up is removed before you place a compress over each eye. Personally, I try to leave the pads on for at least 10-15 minutes. In the hot weather I keep my jar of compresses in the refrigerator and the cold pads feel wonderfully refreshing and extremely soothing.

Another tip - I occasionally tear a pad in half and place each half over an eye - save money that way. I sometimes put a pad on my forehead, especially if I have a headache or am very weary, and this is also quite refreshing.
